What type of equipment will my child need to participate?

Your Soccer Shots coach will provide all of the equipment needed at each of our classes (i.e. soccer balls, cones, goals, etc). Your child should wear activity/weather appropriate clothing.

• Child Care & School Locations: Cleats and shin guards are not permitted at our child care & school locations for any of our program types (Mini, Classic & Premier).
• Public Locations: Cleats and shin guards are optional for our Mini and Classic programs. Cleats and shin guards are strongly recommended for our Premier program.

What happens if a class is canceled?

Soccer Shots will make every effort to make up all canceled classes during the course of a season. Specific information about make-ups will be emailed to all families enrolled in the class.

• Child Care & School Locations: We typically extend the season by a week. If needed, we may schedule a make up class on another day and will let parents know if that is the case.
• Public Locations: We will extend the season by a week, up to two weeks per season. If we cancel more than 2 weeks in a season, we will issue a credit to parents for any classes we are unable to make up.

How will I know if a class is canceled?

Soccer Shots will notify you by email of any cancellations and make up class details.

• Public Locations ONLY: We will notify you of cancellations at least 1-2 hours before the start of the class via email and text. We will give as much notice as possible, however, occasionally a decision regarding weather will be closer to 1 hour ahead of the class time. If you do not hear from us, class is on as scheduled.

Cancellation, Refund & Make Up Policy

Please email or call our office to request a refund or credit if withdrawing from the season (sacnorth@soccershots.com | (916) 790-6160).

• Requests made before the start of the season will be issued a full refund, less the registration fee. The annual registration fee is non-refundable once it has been paid.
• A prorated credit or refund will be issued if withdrawing after the season has started. We will issue a prorated credit or refund for the remaining classes in a season from the date that a parent reaches out to us, not from the date a child stops attending classes.
• Refunds, credits or make up classes are not available for missed classes due to unexpected absences (vacation, illness, etc). This includes any make up classes scheduled within the two week buffer at the end of the season. If you know your child will miss a certain date during the season, please contact our office prior to enrolling for a prorate for that class (up to two classes). Once the season has started, there are no prorates available.
• If Soccer Shots cancels a season for any reason, a full or prorated refund will be given to those enrolled. If a season is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (natural disaster, public health crisis, etc), Soccer Shots reserves the right to issue a credit rather than a refund.
  
  At heart, Soccer Shots North Sacramento aims to deliver a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family. If you and your child are not positively impacted by your Soccer Shots experience, we will offer a refund or credit toward any future season.
